There are two ways you can get the shapewear returned OR exchanged —
We offer two size exchanges per order. That means if you’re unsure of the size, you can get a size exchange, not once, but twice.
*if you decide not to keep any of the sizes, or the shapewear doesn’t work for you — you can ask for a return and we will refund your order in the form of store credits.
You can buy all the sizes you feel would fit. And you can try on all of them and see what works for you. You can keep what works, and send back what does not, and we’ll refund for the item(s) you return.
*you have to keep at least one item to be eligible for the refund in the original mode of payment. If you’re not keeping any, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credits for the first product, and a refund in original mode for the rest.
Go for first option if you don’t want to spend that much in one go. The second option saves time and gives more clarity.
This comes with a worry — what if the shapewear you are wearing is tried on by someone else. That wouldn’t happen. Every piece of shapewear that is being returned back to us after the trial is sterilised and cleaned thoroughly. This means you get a beyond clean unit every time you order.
Your home is your trial room, and that is by far the most comfortable and the safest trial room ever.
